The literature on constructivism - an emerging philosophical perspective on learning is growing by the day. However, many people still find it difficult to translate the philosophy into actual practice. There is a need to debate/discuss the issue in an open forum.An online discussion is therefore planned on "Constructivism, learning, Instructional design, and distance and open learning" to run on RESODLAA (the discussion List of the Open and Distance Learning Association of Australia -SIG Research) from 1 October to 15 November, 1995. Please join us in what promises to be an exciting and illuminating discussion. Stay tuned for further announcement.
