Dear Microenterprise Colleague,By now you likely have received a survey for the 1996 Directory of US Microenterprise Programs which was mailed out last week. If your organization is a microenterprise assistance program, you can ensure your place in the 1996 Directory by taking several minutes to complete the survey. The Association for Enterprise Opportunity and the Self-Employment Learning Project at the Aspen Institute are collaborating on this new Directory which will be complete by the end of 1996. Just as in years past, all organizations included in the Directory will receive a complimentary copy when it is completed.
If you have received the 1996 survey, please respond at your earliest convenience, but no later than September 20. If you have not received the 1996 survey, and feel that you should, please request a survey from Alex Severens (202-833-7434) or Damon Bethea (202-833-7446) at the Aspen Institute. Fax requests are welcome as well at 202-476-0790. The completed surveys can be either mailed or faxed to the Aspen Institute. Please call or fax with any questions you may have.
