One of the best ways to obtain American technology for your Organization is
to invite a principal of Hudson Sierra Investment Inc to become a member of
your
Organization's Board of Directors or Advisory Board. This new board member
would then
have the responsibilities to find, evaluate and arrange for the technologies
needed by
your Organization.

One such principal is Mr. Laszlo Rakoczi and his CV is as follows:

Mr. Rakoczi is a principal with Hudson Sierra Investments, Inc. He is currently advising and negotiating a number of joint ventures in various countries around the world. He serves as a board member or as a strategic business and finance advisor for a variety of international companies, banking organizations and joint venture partnerships that focus on connections among the U.S., the Pacific Basin and Central and Eastern Europe.

A selection of Mr. Rakoczi's previous successes include:

Chairman, Advisory Board of International Strategic Alliances Former Partner of Hambrecht & Quist Technology Partners, a high technology investment bank specialized in Strategic Alliances. Chief Tech Officer of Tymshare/Tymnet, at the time the world's largest provider of value-added communication services, sold to British Telecom for US$300 million in 1984 Founder and former CEO/President of Standard Information Systems, merged with United Telecom (now Sprint) in 1974.
