increasingly, donors are requiring client organizations to report actions
directed towards pre-established impact indicators and objectives that
are ussually defined in a situationally specific manner. I would suggest
that as you design the MIS you see if you can figure out a way to capture
organizational imputs by outcome/impact indicator.

Example:

Objective: improve literacy among children aged 6 - 10 living in rural villages. Indicator: (result) more children will be able to pass the high school admissions test.

In this case it would be very helpful to have access to an MIS that could aggrigate data in response to questions like the following:

-- toTo what extent were our (NOG) resources directed towards helping children prepare for taking the high school admissions exam?
