Giannina,

Project SCOPE Inc, a nonprofit developer of community-based telecenters, is very interested in low-cost access possibilities for our partnership projects which are worldwide. For more information about our unique, grassroots concept see http://www.projectscope.org. Could you provide more specific data on how you plan to establish proliferation and partnerships, infrastructure necessary, costs involved (obviously a range is all that is possible I would guess) and any other information which might be available to determine applicability to existing programs. Since access in rural/low-income areas is our first priority with the goal being delivery of education, training, community redevelopment and economic development programs, do you see narrow-cast as a viable option for us?
