I am very interested in researching "Africa One", a site dealing with telecommunications and fiber optics. This site has the potential to bring progress to Africa and other producers. Through this global information source educators, NGO's and others may create links of communications. Unfortunately,I have been unable to locate any servers within the world wide web. Can anybody please forward me some information (i.e. history, statement of purpose, documents, etc.) that will help in my assignment.thank you
