The Danish development organisation IBIS launches a new homepage on oil. Here you can read more about the lawsuit agains Texaco, explore how the indigenous people in Amazonas tackle the challenges of negotiating with the multinational oil c mpanies; the new ethical approaches taken up by the oil companies; and a new European "code of conduct" that will improv the existing legislation and make it easier to pursue multinational companies that neglect their duty of care.
