The meeting was related to the PlaNet = Finance's Impact Knowledge Management program and concerned the issue of = MFI impact measurement and its applications in the MFI management = process. The IKM virtual meeting has attracted many practitioners and consultants = and has proved to be a useful tool of information and exchange of ideas. = That is why we have decided to transform it into the regular mailing = list - ikm discussion list. It will be the first regular mailing list = raising exclusively microfinance impact issues and particularly: as an knowledge management tool: - exclusively the impact of microfinance institutions on their clients, = clients' households, enterprises supported and community, - developing of Impact Monitoring Systems which will provide the MFI = staff with credible and useful information, - the best regional impact measurement tools, - the ways of use the impact assessment results by the MFI staff = (management processes, staff-client relationship etc.) as an information tool - MFI impact announcements concerning the development of various = programs, tools and systems, - job center, - IKM program evolution.
