Yacine,Thanks for the feedback. It is great to see so much interest in the tourism sustainability. I found the info on your site very complete and informative.
I believe that the Costa Rican project is also developing a certification process for other service providers of the tourism sector. At this point, on the Costa Rican CST website at least, they mention service providers in their "How to participate" section but only the hotel information is comlete in that regard. The online database also only contains hotels at this point. The idea of the Costa Rican Board of Tourism (ICT) is to create a business-to-business section of the website so that providers might offer services to hotels. Apparently, the certification takes into regard whether or not a hotel uses the services of a certified provider.
