I retrieved two images from the IBM site yesterday for the Vatican project. The watermark is positively intrusive! Not the way to go at all. On the map of Venice the watermark interferes with the canal system! There must be a way in which the local viewer can turn the watermark off - though the image file if copied will of course have it imbedded. Robin Alston mailto:r.alston@ucl.ac.uk
