I am attempting to make a decision regarding the purchase of a film
recorder for my department. It would be a replacement for a "hand me down"
Montage FR2 that has basically died... and while apparently repairable, we
cannot get any worthwhile responses from it's maker Montage Technologies.
We don't need alot of bells and whistles... just something we can depend on
to produce (mostly) word slides for professors on campus. We will be using
Persuasion, PowerPoint, and even sometimes (as we have in the past) Quark
and Word.

If anyone has any suggestions, they would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance. Lisa
