Lisa,

I work down the road at Duke Med Center. We have been using Management Graphics film recorders for about 4 years with darn good luck. We average 600 slides per day through an old Solitaire and a 2 yr old Sapphire. They have been very reliable with only one trip back to the factory for each. While expensive, they are something you can count on to work when you need them and the company will probably be around for a long time since they are the "standard" of the movie industry. Call or write if you have any questions.
