This is a long shot...but since many of you are archivists dealing with = electronic material as well as visual resources, I thought it worth a = try.

I have inherited several Adobe Persuasion files for Mac from 1994 which = have what we suspect are valuable (to us) visual presentations. If you = recall, Persuasion was a precursor to PowerPoint in the corporate = presentation realm. Unfortunately (and not surprisingly), Adobe no = longer makes or supports this application. There are also no software = disks archived here (besides, they'd probably be on floppies which are = also a bit now problematic!).=20

Anyone know of a "can opener" for this app? I tried using a "Persuasion = Player" that our Tech staff located, but it didn't do the trick. Or = perhaps someone still has the installer disks for Persuasion for = Macintosh...?=20
