The Agfa COM 3000 device does this.

We are in search of vendors who are set up to convert a digital
image(currently in TIFF) to microfiche or microfilm.  Need to know what
the vendor's requirements are and the associated costs.
Would also like to hear form anyone who has had this type of conversion
done.
What were the
pitfalls and what was the outcome?
