Hello,
In an effort to be as efficient as possible when it comes to image metadata
creation and gathering, I am looking into server-based (Unix/Solaris)
programs which can be used to read and export the entire contents of tiff
header tags. I've reviewed a handful of programs and it seems that tiffdump
is the most suited to the task. Does anyone have experience using this
program for similar or related purposes? Or can someone recommend another
program or process that takes advantage of already-existing metadata, thus
saving the time required to key it in?
Thank you in advance for any responses.
