I know that Picture Publisher (currently at version 5.0) has a simple text
editor. I don't know about this most recent version, but v. 3.1, which we are
currently using, is actually pretty bad & annoying to use. However, I don't
have anything to compare it to, so maybe all imaging programs have inadequate
text editors...You can call Micrografx at 1-800-733-3729 if you have any
questions.

p. Picture Publisher can save images in a multitude of formats, including jpeg (which is what we use & is pretty good, even at v. 3.1).
