I'm not familiar with your particular CD-ROM, but many (if not most) CDs protect their images, so that they cannot be accessed or modified. There is a Photoshop listserve where someone may be able to help you... if it is possible to do what you want to do. You can mail them at mailto:photshop@bgu.edu.
