In order to provide the best advise, It would be usefull to know: What % of your docs are color. Expected total annual volume. Are the 10x14 and 12x12 documents bound or sep. sheets. What % of your docs are 2 sided if sep sheets. What resolution is required Are you doing OCR or just image.
