Two image database management programs that deserve to be looked into when
selecting a system are EmbARK by Digital Collections, Inc. and Visual
Photologue by Stokes Imaging Services, Inc. Both can be used for
managing images in the museum and/or slide library environment. There
may be subscribers to the list who have experience with these programs
and can comment, but for more information contact:

Digital Collections, Inc. (EmbARK) 1301 Marina Village Parkway, Suite 210 Alameda, California 94501 (510) 814-7200

Hope this helps!
