Subject:      retouch faded photo w photoshop

I am a beginner with PhotoShop.
I am trying to retouch a faded 1955 kodacolor print.  The fading
is not uniform across the print but the blues are now olive drab.
I would appreciate a strategy for using PhotoShop to fix it
all up
