Ms. Thompson, will discuss the NSF/NCSA World Wide Web Federal Consortium's guidelines using its Web server. Kristin Antelman: Ms. Antelman is a Systems Librarian at the University of Delaware Library. Her presentation will focus on general design issues that relate to graphics, creating and editing images, including icons and scanned images, and some do's and don'ts for web images. David Carter: Mr. Carter is with the Internet Public Library, featured in this month's issue of American Libraries. He will give a brief description of the IPL, including its audience and services, the IPL's use of images, related policies on using images, the IPL's Exhibition Hall, and his experiences creating an exhibit on lighthouses.
