Have a look at Ulead PhotoImpact v. 3.0. Full 32 bit win95 compatible. Multilingual.This package includes an very convenient and flexible image database (Album module) which generate and manage thumbnails with full indexing (including authority lists ) ,an image editing and graphic design software (small photoshop and pagemaker). PhotoImpact comes with four utilities that complete the package: screen capture, viewer, photo cd browser and explorer (visual check of files). They have added web extensions recently. All this for about 200$. Check with Ulead web site: http://www.ulead.com
