We are using a Byers Slide mounter to place film into plastic slide mounts and label it, with up to 6 lines of type. The information can be stored in memory or entered as needed. The machine was designed to mount film and then label it, but you can take a mounted slide and manually place it in the machine for labeling, other units are available that will label less lines.
