I hope some of you on this list can help me. Our public library has finally gotten a grant to hire a consultant and do a pilot database; we want to digitize our Local History photos and link to two city agencies. I have no idea how to find potential consultants. I would be grateful for any suggestions or ideas that anyone can give me.
