    What about a scanner for handing fragile originals, such as books and other bound materials. I'm not having luck searching with the web search engines nor by visiting brand name sites on the web. I know I've seen them in the past at trade shows and they've been rather pricey.

    Appreciate recommendations and please share ballpark cost information. I am helping a colleague with a grant proposal -- and of course it's due in a few days.
