    What has caused you to re-install three times? Is the software failing, or is it hardware trouble, etc? Which server OS are you running CONTENTdm on? We have lots of experience with the Solaris version, but are now switching over to Windows 2000 (administrative decision rather than a technical one), so if there's any help we can give we'd be happy to do so.
