We are preparing a grant application involving scanning and will be sending out RFP's (requests for proposals) to about four vendors working with digital imaging. The RFP would include certain criteria and specs to follow as well as a general description of the project. Are there any other institutions out there who have crafted similar RFP's and are willing to share them for comparision purposes? Please respond directly to my address.
