Hello Brent,

You suggested that I remove (or discontinue) my ad from this newsgroup, and I have (will).

But I still need to inform people in the medical community about the availability of used imaging and other high-quality medical equipment.

It's a fact of life that as American hospitals and clinics migrate to newer and better equipment, their old stuff has significant value to someone, somewhere in the world who cannot afford the new but can afford the old machines. Not every hospital is up to date. Many are four, eight or even fifteen years behind. They form a market for pre-owned medical equipment. Pre-owned equipment is a necessity to those people and institutions.

How do you suggest that I find them? I thought that amongst the alumni within your newsgroup there were people around the world that might be interested. And I wanted to plant the seed into students, technicians and interns about what happens after their equipment is upgraded. Not everyone is from America. Many foreign students might know of a need. That's why I thought of your group to place my ad.

Nevertheless, I've discontinued it but would appreciate your ideas and comments about where I might go.

Thanks,

Frank Tobe Mathis-Forsyte Pre-owned imaging and other medical equipment
