Oracle is building on its Oracle database foundation to add servers that manage unstructured and stream data and my guess would be that the product that you are refering to might[?] be the Oracle Media suite of software that include "Oracle Media Server" and "Oracle Video Server" database products that will allow management of multimedia including video data in Oracle databases.
