Have a look at Ulead's PhotoImpact 3.0 for an integrated image
database/image retouching/photocd and image browser/screen capture/file
explorer/graphic design and publication editing software with Web
extensions. Hard to beat for about 200$. A real 32 bit under Windows 95.
Offer user definable fields and authority list control with external lists
import. Very efficient thumbnails and album search and view management. Good
retrieval features. Support many file formats.
