Agfa tech support has a FAX back system that can send you instructions for both changing bulbs and opening the case to clean the glass. (Sorry don't have the ph. number offhand)
I've utilized it in the past for the "How-To" of opening up an Agfa Arcus scanner that needed glass cleaning.
Haven't needed to change a bulb yet, and it's been almost 3 years of constant use so far.
