Digital Library Database Manager
Exciting opportunity for a Database Manager to manage a small team of programmers to design, develop, produce and maintain Oracle databases to support innovative, multi-media web-based Digital Library. BA or higher in computer science with specialization in databases. Strong programming skills in SQL, Oracle 8. Interest in natural history preferred. Responsible for the planning, installation, configuration and maintenance of Sun servers for the Digital Library Project. Will manage security, backup, troubleshooting and support issues.
