If you have a lot of film (whatever "a lot" means) you might consider a service bureau that uses the Mekel film scanners. The scanners and their software can size, rotate, and so on--and you won't have to buy the equipment. prices keep falling, just like everywhere else, and I think it will cost around 5 cents a frame. I think. If you need the name of service providers, get a copy of _Imaging_ or some other similar publication, or I can get you a couple.
