   We have a Microtek IISP which we ended up putting on our MAC because it
was almost impossible to run on our IBM.  You're right, Microtek's tech
support does leave a lot to be desired.  The person I dealt with over there
(or did when it was on the IBM) was Ed Moon.  You might try FAXing him
directly at Microtek, and be sure to ask about recent software updates. The
software for the MAC was deficient in a sizing feature and it is possible
that an update is available that may help you solve your problem.  Have you
contacted Adobe about the problem? Also, have you checked for conflicts in
your software? Good luck!
