For those of you relatively new to listservs, you will be happy to learn

that there is a way to turn off IMAGELIB while you are on vacation.

Here is how to turn off IMAGELIB and how to turn it back on when you return.

To turn mail (or digest) sending off: ------------------------------------- 1. Send an e-mail message to mailto:listserv@listserv.arizona.edu 2. In the body of the message type

SET imagelib NOMAIL

(leave the subject line blank and delete any signoffs you automatically insert in your messages--the listserv is easily distracted.)

When you return from vacation, -------------------------------- 1. Send an e-mail message to mailto:listserv@listserv.arizona.edu 2. In the body of the message type,

SET imagelib MAIL

If you want to review some of the IMAGELIB threads while you were gone, you may SEARCH the IMAGELIB Listserv Archives by Hypermail from the Libraries at Washington University in St.Louis at http://library.wustl.edu/~listmgr/imagelib/ or SEARCH the IMAGELIB Listserv Archives at the University of Arizona. http://listserv.arizona.edu/lsv/www/imagelib.html

Enjoy the summer and your vacation.

Regards, Stuart
