It works off of a Windows explorer motif so you have a directory tree on one side and thumbnails on the other side meaning you can move things around. It supports off-line media so it retains the thumbnails when the disk isn't in. You can set the size of the thumbnails to whatever size you like.

    From a managing images side of things, I've found it does a good job for a relatively cheap ($80 USD) price.
