Understand ng of library systems, technical and descriptive metadata, digital imaging and preservation, photographic processes and nformation technology required. Experience in database design highly desirable, with expertise in Microsoft Access, inc uding Data Access Pag! es, preferred. Graduate degree in the arts, humanities, information science or library science, or equivalent experienc
     required. Academic library and digital project experience strongly preferred.
