    <pre> We're working on a project to digitize 2,300 photographs from the U.S. Steel Gary Works and the city of Gary. The photographs date from 1906 to approximately 1941. Right now we're compiling a list of relevant subject headings from the Thesaurus of Graphic Materials to assign each image. We've looked at other photograph collections (notably from American Memory) and found some similar images, but we're wondering if anyone else has digitized and made accessible on the web a similar collection of photographs -- thousands of images related to the steel industry. If so, we would like to take a look at the list of subject headings that you used.
