The two CD-ROM premastering packages we've used had options for both
locking and encrypting files, so these may be standard features in this
type of software. If your package doesn't do this, the mastering facility
where you have your discs made should be able to do it for you. On top
of that, you could choose an image display software that cannot print or
download (just be sure it works with the encrypted files.) This combination
should protect your files from most users.
