On the subject of watermarking... For those who use Photo-CD, service providers now have software that can watermark the Base (512x768) and 4Base (1024x1536)images and encrypt the higher resolutions. Encryption passwords are written to a diskette and provided along with the CD. You can then send the CD to someone, they can look at the watermarked medium resolution files (or unwatermarked low resolution files), and if they want to use/lease/buy the high resolution file they call you for the password to unlock the encryption.
