Hi, I am using a Macintosh and have redrawn features of photographs with Canvas
3.5 from Deneba Software, somewhere in Florida, I believe.
Even though it does not automatically translate the photograph, you can load
the photograph in one layer and draw with the bezier tool and other tools on
top of the original. It works fairly well. Canvas also includes convert
functions where you can convert a bitmap to a line drawing. Maybe you can
threshold the photograph, get the bitmap and then convert to line drawing.

Good luck, Dirk-Uwe Bartsch PhD UCSD Shiley Eye Center - mailto:dbartsch@ucsd.edu - http://eyecenter.ucsd.edu
