Dear Listserv members:
Due to a technical glitch the survey I posted on 2/28/95 does not read
"clean and neat." I am very interested in hearing from all of you to
gather as much data as possible. Therefore I will be glad to post the survey
to you individually via e-mail. Apparently the instrument
is received in legible form that way. I appreciate your patience and
apologize for "polluting" the list.  Please let me hear from you and
