Hi all!

I am part of a group working on a project to scan for CD the public library newspapers. There are 7.000.000 of pages to be store. This has been solved. But now we need some information of which would be the best platform to manage the data base of these and the image processing of the information. We are thinking in two servers: one for the hunting of information (the data base) and the other for the visualization of the papers in graphics monitors. The volume of information is about 6 Terabytes + data base.

Can anybody help us about platform and architecture to be used? If more information is needed, please contact me by this way.
