I have an unknow illustartion - Titled "Boston Historical Fextival" no dates! Just month and day. There is a monogram on the front of the illustration.
I'm trying to find out who the artist is and when it was painted.
I did take it to a local painter who is well know for his works. He said the painting was original and painted with ink and water colors.
Can you help me by telling me what to do next?
