Projecting digital images in a large lecture hall remains a
challenge. The LCD panels are getting better and better, but still
very limited. The best results I have seen came from a SHARP LCD
projector; mailto:@ ca. $5000, it ought to be good. If I ever really want
to convey the impression of one person looking at one good screen, I
will probably have slides made.
