Hi there all


Does anybody know of any scanning software that will let us set up the
default format for scanned images to JPG?


We have a  HP scanner in a lab that is used by ALOT of students, who
scan images and pages for their projects.


The default format for the scanner is uncompressed TIF, which creates
huge files and  is rapidly filling up our server.


We would like to be able to set the default format to JPG to help save
space, does anybody have any suggestions?
