Hello,can anyone recommend an OCR(optical character recognition) tool which:
1. Provides an API or other means to be called from another application ( Visual Basic API is preferred, but any will su fice ) 2. Performs OCR of an image 3. Requires reasonable amount of code to be incorporated( the simplier-the better).
Ideally, I'd like to be able to download and try it first.
