Hi,I'm new to this list, so forgive me if this topic has been discussed recently...
Is anyone using ImageAXS Pro for Windows (4.0) - the latest version? If so, have you had any problems with it? I downloaded an earlier demo version (3.x) from the Digital Arts and Sciences (DAS) website, and it seemed to work well. The folks at DAS recommended purchasing the latest version, which doesn't seem to work as well. The main problem is that it cannot consistently acquire TIFF images directly from CDs. To overcome this obstacle, images must be copied onto my hard drive, and acquired from there, creating an extra time-consuming step in the process. This also alters the volume name which no longer refers to the CD where the image resides. Despite frequent requests over the past 6 weeks, I have received no support from DAS.
I would be interested to know if anyone has had similar problems.
Thanks.
