Aloha Mike & List:

I have a brochure for a product called "Screen Scan Systems" from a company called DigiPrint that describes exactly what you want - a piece of hardware that attaches to "most" microfilm readers and turns them into digital scanning systems. I have never seen the product in action. The company's phone number is: 800 969-4674 Email address for an (East Coast?) sales rep, named Jim Holleran = mailto:jholleran@juno.com.

Good luck in your search.
