Is there anyone on the ImageLib list familiar with this type
of color target and its use in calibrating Hewlett Packard scanners? We've
just acquired
one to use for calibration by using the HP 6100C to scan this target, and
have not been successful.
We're using HP Deskscan II scanning software. Every time we try to scan
the target we get the message, "Sorry, could not
calibrate. Insure the target is straight and positioned correctly."
When we take steps to insure the target is positioned correctly, we receive
an error message, "Could not calibrate. The target size
has changed."
We've contacted Hewlett Packard and Kodak about these issues, but neither
of them have been very helpful.
I wonder if this problem is specific to HP?
Does anyone have suggestions?
Thanks, Burt
